Households in the iDODDLE Living lab are taking part in the ‘Leave it to me’ Mission which is investigating experiences and opinions of automation to discover what factors influence acceptance. Some households are trying out a smart hoover/mop to automate their floor cleaning and seeing how it impacts their behaviours, time-use, energy and acceptance to other forms of automation.
