With colleagues from the EDITS network on Energy Demand changes Induced by Technological and Social Innovations, Charlie Wilson led a new report on a ‘High-with-Low’ scenario narrative. The narrative sets out how high levels of wellbeing are achievable while significantly reducing energy and material resource needs to low levels consistent with Sustainable Development Goals.
