Together with Charlie Wilson and Emilie Vrain, DPhil student Marcel Seger travelled to Stockholm, Sweden, in late June to give a poster presentation at ICT4S covering his research on demand-side flexibility of EV charging strategies in a workplace context.
The annual conference titled ‘Information and Communication Technologies for Sustainability (ICT4S)’ convenes a diverse group of researchers, ranging from computer scientists, human-computer interaction (HCI) researchers and – among others – social scientists.
Marcel’s poster (see picture below) was well received, sparking interesting conversations and yielding beneficial suggestions for further avenues of research. Stockholm presented itself as a lovely city with a streak of five-day long sunshine and summery temperatures.
