Digitalisation and sustainable consumption

  • Events

The Sustainable Consumption Research and Action Initiative (SCORAI) brought together over 500 researchers to share insights on mainstreaming sustainable consumption. Researcher Emilie Vrain was on the Scientific Committee for the conference and chaired a session on digital innovation, systems of provision and sustainable consumption. To share iDODDLE research, Emilie presented her most recent work which explores data privacy concerns and usage of AI-enabled climate beneficial applications (slides found here). During the conference, Emilie also presented a poster on the indirect impacts of automation and another poster on adoption of anti-food waste apps, both projects from the iDODDLE living lab.
