Poornima Kumar joins the 2025 batch of the Young Scientist Summer Programme (YSSP) at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) in Laxenburg, Austria. The YSSP is IIASA’s summer programme for doctoral students that has been held annually since 1977. As a YSSPer, Poornima will spend the summer exploring scenarios for the global energy and emissions implications of digitalisation in daily life with the FeliX modelling team. FeliX is IIASA’s in-house system dynamics-based integrated assessment model.
