Poornima facilitated for a systems thinking masterclass held at the Oxford Martin School on Dec 12 and 13. The masterclass had around 35 participants on each day and was jointly organised by the Agile Initiative, Lucidity services, and the GALLANT project.
Day 1 was attended by academics and researchers from UK universities, and involved case studies by the organisers, as well as smaller group exercises. Day 2 was for policymakers and practitioners. It consisted of several interactive sessions and challenge labs, where participants could, under Chatham House Rule, discuss challenges around using systems approaches and how to use systems approaches to tackle specific problems they deal with.
