The summer months have been filled with European conferences, workshops and symposiums for many of the iDODDLE researchers engaging with academics, industry and policy makers. For Emilie Vrain this has been no exception, sharing knowledge and experience from the living lab at two workshops (in Sweden and Germany) for developing collaborative research projects. One was titled ‘Bridging the gaps for Sustainable Consumption and ICT’, in Stockholm, and Emilie presented the methods used with the iDODDLE living lab on the overlooked impacts of digital daily life (slides available here). The second, was titled ‘Future Energy’, in Berlin, and brough together 20 researchers from across the Universities of Oxford and TU Berlin (photo below).
